Rent includes

• gas, electricity and water

Not included

• tourist tax (0,40€ per person 12 years and up)
• heating (varying from 25-125 depending on the weather and your own customs. Les Soulins 10 - 30 euros because of a special stove that works on pressed wood or heating with marble stones. From the 1st of October till the first of April electricity is not included in the rent
• bedclothes etc (which you can rent see reservations)
• cleaning obligatory
• animals: 10 euro extra per pet

Les Soulins can also be rented per day with a minimum of two days.
